Our goal here is to first improve these transportation issues so that individuals experience safety and comfort rather than fear when traveling to and from the urban environment; therefore advancing the efficiency and production of exporting and importing goods to Rwanda and more specially Kigali. Not only will the country of Rwanda and its surrounding countries benefit from the increase in exportation and importation of goods but in addition, the establishment of an Institute for mechanics. By creating an educational campus in which to learn and train vocational skills that can be used in society to stimulate local economies. Then the possibility and realization that hundreds of young adults will have the opportunity to hold mechanics licenses furthermore boosting the number of individuals with technical knowledge that can be sold in return for economic stability.
Obviously, many similar ideas regarding simple ways to boost economic rigidity to have already been proposed and attempted, many ending in failed efforts. The successful encounters are only realized through careful planning and funding.
How do we attempt to start out on a project of this magnitude?
The answer might be expressed in a series of small, pragmatic steps, starting with the essentials and working our way towards a goal, even if that might take years.
This concept is based on the idea that this institution/ campus is a basic prototype that has “no place”, meaning that there are a variety of different applications as to where this complex could be placed, various environments and countries around the world.
